Crab Stuffed American Flounder Rolls
Follow crab cake recipe first.
Before diving crab cakes and cooking as cakes, reserve some of the crab mixture to the side.
Divide reserved crab mixture evenly for the pieces of flounder. Lay the flounder long ways in front of you. Add crab mixture to the wider end of the flounder and then roll the long way.

Buttercream Icing
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 pounds confectioners sugar
Cream butter. Add salt and vanilla. Slowly whip in confectioners sugar and milk in intervals. Beat high for less than a minute to incorporate air.
Cream Cheese Filled Cupcakes
Cream Cheese Filling:
4 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream the cream cheese. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla and blend. Add the chips and mix to fold in.
